amazing breakfast friendly staff helpful staff warm room excessive noise cramped bathroom
The breakfast was amazing! the location worked well. It was close to transport. the staff were super friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage for me. yay!
the room felt too warm, even with the fan going. the street noise was loud, so i couldn't keep the window open at night. the bathroom felt a bit cramped :(

the staff offered a really helpful service. the breakfast was really good (i especially liked the eggs). the location was very convenient to attractions and transport.
my room smelled a bit stale. the stairs leading up to the room looked dirty. the furniture felt basic and not particularly nice.

the staff were very helpful. i found the location ideal near waterloo station. complimentary water was in my room and i appreciated that.
the sink drained slowly. the shower leaked slightly. i did not think it was worth the money.

location good but room issues
noisy trains small room
the location was good near the station. the staff was friendly, so this was acceptable.
the room was smaller than expected. also, the window faced the train tracks and the back of the building. i thought it was too noisy because of the trains.

convenient breakfast comfortable beds broken clasp nonfunctional deadbolt
The location are really good near waterloo station. The breakfast included was convenient and a good start for each day. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms had a good size and are very clean.
The clasps to control height for shower head was broken. We tied it to adult height with rope. There was no bathroom fan and i couldn't open a window. The deadbolt didn't work.
