The breakfast was amazing! the location worked well. It was close to transport. the staff were super friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage for me. yay!
the room felt too warm, even with the fan going. the street noise was loud, so i couldn't keep the window open at night. the bathroom felt a bit cramped :(

The location are really good near waterloo station. The breakfast included was convenient and a good start for each day. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms had a good size and are very clean.
The clasps to control height for shower head was broken. We tied it to adult height with rope. There was no bathroom fan and i couldn't open a window. The deadbolt didn't work.
